South Pacific Form Seven Certificate
The South Pacific Form Seven Certificate (SPFSC) is an outcomes-based senior secondary (Form 7/ Year 13) regional qualification.
The high quality certification is used by students for entry into tertiary education in the region and at international higher education institutions. It is also a certified qualification for entry into the job market.
To maintain the calibre of standards that the SPFSC is synonymous with, EQAP provides training for SPFSC coordinators and teachers in several areas, including:
- the development of national examination papers,
- scoring of exam papers
- the development of internal assessment tasks, and
- the moderation of exam papers.
Three countries, namely Kiribati, Tuvalu and Vanuatu, use SPFSC as their tertiary entry qualification programme.
A teacher of Central College in Vanuatu helps his student with Mathematics.
For more information, you are encouraged to email EQAP's SPFSC lead Geetanjali Lal on [email protected].
